What to check, in order

In Roblox Settings, open Account info and find Age Group. Select Continue with selfie if the account is eligible and you want to proceed.

Follow the on-screen camera instructions and read the linked privacy notice before submitting. An ID option may appear for eligible accounts.

After completion, check the resulting age group and feature permissions. If it seems wrong, use Roblox's birthday or ID correction guidance.
One important limit
An age check is not a promise that all chat features will become available; parent and regional settings can still apply.
