Roblox Purchase History: Find Robux and Item Transactions

My Transactions can help you separate a Robux purchase from spending Robux on an item. A store receipt remains important for cash charges.

Before you start

Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.

What to check, in order

  1. 1

Open the signed-in account's Robux balance and My Transactions. Select the relevant transaction type and date range.

  2. 2

Match an item name and price to the actual Roblox username. Check the Apple, Google, card, or gift-card receipt separately for the cash purchase.

  3. 3

Save the item link, transaction date, and provider order number for a support request if the records don't line up.

One important limit

A pending card authorization may not appear as a completed Roblox purchase.
