A private server's recurring charge is separate from Robux membership. Find that server's configuration page and turn off renewal before the next billing date shown there.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Locate the experience and private server attached to your account. Open the server's configuration or subscription settings.
- 2
Turn off renewal using Roblox's current controls and check the status or end date shown afterward.
- 3
Keep a record of the change. If a renewal already happened, read the provider's billing help before assuming it can be reversed.
One important limit
Deleting a server or leaving an experience is not necessarily the same as canceling renewal.
Continue on an official screen
Use the linked Roblox or payment-provider page to confirm the current options. If you contact support, describe what happened and the checks you have already tried.
