A game pass is bought inside an experience with Robux. A mistaken purchase generally follows Roblox's item rules, while a missing pass requires checking that experience and account.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Verify the exact game pass, experience, username, and My Transactions entry.
- 2
Rejoin the experience and check whether the creator's entitlement is active. Save the pass link and receipt record.
- 3
For a delivery issue, contact the creator or Roblox through their stated support paths; for a cash charge, use the billing provider route.
One important limit
Deleting the pass or leaving the game does not automatically return Robux.
Continue on an official screen
