What to check, in order

In your bank activity, separate pending from posted entries and note each merchant, date, and amount.

Compare those entries with Roblox or store receipts and the Robux delivered to the intended account.

If a hold remains or two settled charges exist, contact the merchant or bank with the transaction references. Use Roblox's pending-charge instructions for direct purchases.
One important limit
Do not publish screenshots containing full payment numbers or make another test purchase.
