What to check, in order

Check that the mailbox or phone number belongs to the account. If Roblox returns several usernames, choose the one you intend to recover.

Open the latest reset message in the same browser session. Copy the full link only if the email client has broken it.

If the page still errors, try a current browser, record the exact message, and ask Roblox Support about the failed reset.
One important limit
Do not follow reset links from a forwarded message or an unfamiliar domain.
