A display name isn't a unique username. Check a saved profile link first, then use Roblox's username recovery with an attached email or phone number.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Look for the @username on a profile, saved browser session, or purchase receipt. Multiple accounts can use the same display name.
- 2
Use the official Forgot Password or Username flow and choose the username option with the contact method attached to the account.
- 3
Compare any returned accounts against your receipts and avatar before trying to sign in. If recovery access is gone, describe the account to Roblox Support.
One important limit
Knowing a username does not prove ownership or grant access to an account.
Continue on an official screen
Use the linked Roblox or payment-provider page to confirm the current options. If you contact support, describe what happened and the checks you have already tried.
