Removing an authenticator app does not disable Roblox two-step verification. Use a saved recovery code or another method shown on the official login screen; otherwise contact support.

What to check, in order

Check securely stored recovery codes, registered passkeys, and devices that are still signed in. A recovery code is different from a current app code.

At the Roblox login challenge, select another method only if Roblox presents it. Use a recovery code directly there, never on this site.

After regaining access, replace the lost authenticator and store newly generated recovery codes safely.
One important limit
No backup method may mean ownership review is needed. There is no legitimate two-step bypass.
