A bank authorization isn't always a completed purchase. Match the order receipt, Roblox username, and balance type before filing a missing-Robux case.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Find the completed receipt in the store or payment account. Check whether the card entry is pending rather than settled.
- 2
Confirm the signed-in Roblox username. If you redeemed a gift card, check whether it added Roblox Credit that still needs to be spent on Robux.
- 3
For a completed order with no delivery, contact the store or Roblox route identified by that receipt and include the transaction reference.
One important limit
Don't make repeated purchases while the first transaction's status is unclear.
