Linked parents can manage certain experience exceptions in Content controls. The current age group and maturity level still matter.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Open the child's Parental controls and go to Content. Review the selected maturity level and existing allowed or blocked experiences.
- 2
Search for the exact experience and creator before adding an exception. Names and thumbnails can be copied by other creators.
- 3
After saving, test whether the intended game appears for the child and review it again if its content changes.
One important limit
Allowing one experience does not override every age or regional restriction.
Continue on an official screen
Use the linked Roblox or payment-provider page to confirm the current options. If you contact support, describe what happened and the checks you have already tried.
