An invalid PIN can be a typing error, card activation issue, or wrong redemption route. Keep the receipt and use Roblox's official help process.
Before you start
Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order
- 1
Check visually similar characters and remove spaces only as the official form directs. Enter the code on Roblox's own redemption page.
- 2
Confirm the card was activated by the retailer and that it is a Roblox gift card, not a toy or promotional code.
- 3
If it still fails, record the exact error and contact the retailer or Roblox with the purchase receipt.
One important limit
Never share the full PIN in an email or public screenshot unless Roblox's secure form specifically requests it.
Continue on an official screen
Use the linked Roblox or payment-provider page to confirm the current options. If you contact support, describe what happened and the checks you have already tried.
