Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.
What to check, in order

Check the signed-in username and Roblox Credit balance. Ask household members whether the card was redeemed on another account.

Retype the PIN carefully only on the official redemption page, and compare the message with Roblox's gift-card help.

If the card was purchased new and still fails, keep the physical card or digital receipt and contact the retailer or Roblox as instructed.
One important limit
Do not post the PIN, barcode, or full card photo in a public forum.
