Appeal a Roblox Account Ban: Deadline and Evidence

Use the appeal link in the moderation notice or Roblox's official support route. Check the current deadline and any regional exception in Roblox's policy before submitting.

Before you start

Use the official Roblox account and keep passwords, one-time codes, gift-card PINs, and full payment details off third-party sites.

What to check, in order

  1. 1

Read the exact notice: account action, content removal, and an experience creator ban have different owners.

  2. 2

Record the username, notice date, policy reason, and a concise factual explanation. Include an asset ID if content is involved.

  3. 3

Submit once through Violations & Appeals or the official form, then keep the response and case number.

One important limit

An appeal asks for review; it does not guarantee reversal or a fixed response time.

Continue on an official screen

Use the linked Roblox or payment-provider page to confirm the current options. If you contact support, describe what happened and the checks you have already tried.
